Drinking Tequila

Drinking Tequila
Have you ever had a wild night drinking Tequila? I sure have. There is something about drinking it that makes the night a little different than drinking any other kind of alcohol.
Years ago my friend and I who I will call Bill were out at a trendy night club in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. We were drinking beer and a couple of mixed drinks nothing serious. Well my friend Bill loves Peppermint Schnapps after a couple of them on the rocks his eyes started to get that glaze in them.
We were just having fun talking to some girls in the club and before you know it the bartender says last call. Well Bill out of nowhere says, "I want six shots of Tequila!" I was like are you crazy. After couple of minutes of trying to convince me I finally gave in because at the time I thought there is no need to waste forty dollars worth of drinks. Some how I managed to take three shots almost back to back. After gasping for air and partial gagging we decided it was time to close out our tabs and leave.
We were standing outside waiting for a cab and then I see off to the side that there is a stopped train. I look at Bill and say, "Hey lets catch the train," so I proceed to run through a field to jump on the train. I noticed a guy shining lights into the empty carts, so I figured maybe this is not a good idea.
Bill and decided that we could walk the train tracks to get near my apartment that was about a mile away. After walking about a mile and exhausted we see a couch by the train tracks and decide to sit down. We are there sitting there and just staring at North Carolina Central Prison in a drunken stupor which we can see through the woods. "Why do you think this couch is by the train tracks," I ask Bill. Bill looks at the couch in disgust and we both jump off and start running away.
After walking about another mile huffing and puffing we finally make it to my apartment. Bill sees some strangers and starts waving them down. I was to tired to talk to random people at three a.m., so I get to my apartment and pass out on my web with my clothes still on.
The next morning I wake up and see that Bill is still alive. I notice on my pants a ton of these little green burs. I apparently got them from running through the field trying to catch the train. It literally took two months to get all the burs out of my apartment. They were stuck to my carpet, couch, walls, and about everywhere you can imagine.
Well that is my Tequila story. Thankfully Bill and I made it home safe without anything bad happening to us. So, what is your Tequila story? I would love to hear it.
