ACLU seeks high court ruling on college alcohol advertising
The Richmond-based ACLU of Virginia wants the court to review a ruling by the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals that upheld the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board’s prohibition on advertising of beer, wine and mixed drinks in college student publications.
